1. What is SURABHI TRAVELS ?

SURABHI TRAVELS is purely service provider / intermediator / facilitator (against terms and conditions)  

Between

Principals / travel related service provider like Airline, Cruise, Hotels, Restaurant, Transporter, guide, tourist attractions etc)

And

Traveller/s / Guest / Tourist individual or in group.

Surabhi travels acting as intermediator / facilitator for travel related service in single or in bundle and charged service fees, add up margins, Consultancy fees to Traveller/s Guest / Tourist individual or in group.

Being we are service provider / intermediator / facilitator. We do not have any direct or indirect control on service and quality provide by Principals / travel related service provider involved in service.

We the Surabhi travels continuously try to provide comfortable and value for money service to our client in best possible way.  

2. What is Cancellation Policy  ?

If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.

Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation

Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority and the cancelation agreed by company to airline or service provider.

Air tickets issued on special fares are NON-REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.

Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.

Many of the time your booking is hold and kept confirm against deposit /advance and payment surety note to suppliers and service provider.so cancellation is charged without any excuses and payable in respect the travel date is more than 90 days    

In case of a medical emergency, the guest will be eligible for refund as per the Cancellation Policy and can make a claim for the cancellation charge from the travel insurance company.

In case of the tour being cancelled by the Company due to Technical issue or short of passengers on any other reason, a full refund of the amount paid by the guest will be processed within 7 working days of the cancellation of the tour. The refund will be paid by account payee cheque. Alternatively, the guest can opt to take any other tour option suggested by the Travel Advisor or can utilize the tour amount paid for any of the Company's future tour.

Documents submitted by guest are shared to travels service provider / govt authorities which is part of operational process. We do not take any responsibility of any use of the documents or information by third party.   

While on tour, the tour itinerary can change at times due to external circumstances pertaining to the airline, hotel, sightseeing, transport or due to force majeure events. In case of any such changes, guests are notified of the change on tour itself. All dispute in Pune Jurisdiction

In natural disaster, Many time defined as God’s act, Pandemic disease, and in event of Force majeure company has authority and allowed  to amended the cancellation policy.
